Founder and Principal
About our founder
Mia has extensive experience in building and scaling early-stage businesses, with a particular focus on talent, people operations and platform support.
As a founding team member of Create Venture Studio, she helped launch 8 businesses over a 4-year period from ideation to launch. As the first head of people at The Wing, Mia laid the foundations of people operations and compliance, which supported the business scaling from 60 to 300 people. Prior to this, Mia worked at Interplay Ventures, where she led recruiting and people operations for 5 early-stage companies, of which 4 were successfully acquired.
Outside of work, she has been featured in The New York Times, Architectural Digest, and at SXSW for her social impact endeavors.
